Alaska Attorney General’s compromising dealings uncovered.

Gregg D. Renkes is Alaska’s Attorney General. The Attorney General is a Trustee of the Alaska Permanent Fund Corporation (“APFC”). The APFC is a public fund with $27.6 billion in assets and $10.5 billion invested in U.S. stocks. APFC’s Trustees are required to report any purchase or sale of stock in an account that they direct or have an interest. The reports must be filed within 30 days of the transaction. These reports are available under FOI.
