Additional AOBO = Comments on=20 Third Parties Website Postings
=20

=A1=A1It has come to AOB's attention that a certain third party = has=20 continued with its previous campaign to discredit AOB by = publishing a new=20 false and misleading report regarding AOB's alleged business = relationships=20 and the possible lack of independence of one of its directors. We = would=20 like to clarify the facts and circumstances relating to this=20 information.Contrary to the reports, AOB, does not have, nor did = it ever=20 have, a relationship (contractual or otherwise) with Technology=20 Integration Group, Inc. ("TIG"), Odyne Corporation ("Odyne"), or = Silver=20 Linkage Holding Ltd. ("Silver"). AOB has not made any payments = directly to=20 TIG or Odyne, as suggested in the report. What appears to be the = case is=20 that certain monies paid to Mr. Patti (a director of AOB) in = respect of=20 director fees and travel and business related expenses were paid = over by=20 him to TIG (presumably pursuant to an arrangement Mr. Patti had = with=20 TIG).AOB's counsel reviewed the total amount of compensation paid = to Mr.=20 Patti and confirms that Mr. Patti qualifies as an "independent" = director=20 as provided under applicable exchange rules.

=A1=A1It is also AOB's understanding that certain of its = officers'=20 relationships with Silver are in the officer's individual = capacities and=20 have nothing to do with AOB's business.AOB has also learned that = the=20 contract referred to in the report is a non-binding Memorandum of=20 Understanding ("MOU") and has never reached the status of an = executable=20 contract. Furthermore, one of the parties to the MOU (TIG) ceased = to exist=20 shortly after the date of the MOU due to its acquisition by = Odyne.

=A1=A1AOB's counsel intends to send a cease and desist letter = to the third=20 party responsible for disseminating the false and misleading=20 information.AOB's cease and desist letter will demand that the = third party=20 (1) remove all website materials concerning AOB, (2) deliver a = written=20 apology to AOB, and its directors and officers, and (3) retract = any and=20 all false and misleading reports and information about AOB that = have been=20 made to third parties. We remain committed to upholding the = reputation and=20 integrity of AOB and we will continue to vigorously defend it with = accurate and true facts.
